Its name suggests the green wing of a bird; or a building wing that keeps the architectural line of the main house of the estancia; and also refers to the green of all the ingredients, textures and flavours that will reach the table at La Bandada.

The cuisine at Alaverde, as at La Bandada, is «kilometer 0»: fresh ingredients from the garden and organic produce are delivered directly to the table. Homemade dishes stand out for their simplicity and tradition, from empanadas to asados, paired with carefully selected Argentine wines.
